Alden Houston announces A new for GM *17 Restaurant

Patrick has worked in the hospitality world since the age of 14 at New York's Lawrence Country Club. His career has included positions in Chicago, Ireland, and Las Vegas

Patrick comes to The Alden Hotel from The Valentino Group in Las Vegas. There he worked under the tutelage of legendary restaurateur Piero Selvaggio and James Beard Award winning Chef Lucianno Pelegrinni. His stay in Vegas included management of Las Vegas' Foundation Room atop Mandalay Bay Resort. The Foundation Room is notorious for its jet set crowd of legendary musicians, movie stars and athletes.
